A lifelong commitment to physical wellness isn't only reserved for athletes.

Are my kids going to become professional athletes when they grow up? I'm asked this question all the time, and the truth is I don't know. Whether they choose to or not really isn't that important to me. My hope is that whatever they do, they live as athletes for life. And as a mom who happens to be a retired Olympian, it's my responsibility to show them how to do just that.
